Mr Fernando Benzane
Mr Fernando Ngwahlokola Benzane, studied Mine Surveying and Mine Sampling at Chamber of Mines later named as’ Mineral council’ he start at the Mines in the year 2007. He worked for Lonmin Platinum Mine. He started as a learner with Basics, and work his way up, appointed as qualified surveyor the same year, And in 2008, he was further appointed as surveyor grade2 and surveyor grade3. In 2012 he was appointed as senior Surveyor underground, and later in the year he was promoted to supervisor surveyor underground leading a bunch of qualified mine surveyors, and being entrusted in leading a mine ‘shafts’. In 2019 join Sibanye Stillwater Mine as a Supervisor Surveyor. He holds Advance Mine surveying and Advanced Mine Sampling certification. He is currently studying to achieve ’ MSCC’ Mine Surveyors Certification of Competency through ‘ DMRE’ Department of Minerals and Energy. Mr Benzane has an extensive knowledge and experience in mine surveying, mining and construction.
Mr Benzane has a Sampling Certification and is currently studying to achieve a MSCC – Mine Surveyors Certificaton of Competency through The Department of Minerals & Energy.
Mr Benzane believes more in knowledge, Education, Skills and Experience to be able to deliver quality services to the clients.

Adriaan Jacobus Lottering with an extensive career spanning nearly three decades in the mining industry, this professional has demonstrated profound expertise in overseeing large-scale mining operations, encompassing production management, safety regulations, and continuous improvement across various roles from Miner to Mine Overseer. Holding a notable tenure at reputable mining companies such as Impala Platinum, Anglo Platinum, and De Beers, they have consistently prioritized operational efficiency, safety, and compliance, aligning closely with organizational goals and industry standards. Evelyn Tembo

Ms Evelyn Tembo
Evelyn is a successful young and vibrant woman with great ambitions and goals. She accomplished theatre practitioner in arts, artist, producing and entrepreneurship. She studied Project Management and Marketing Acceleration with Sibanye. Evelyn studied Generics Management with Phakamani Academy, and she studied Business Management with Farrell Academy. She also pursued Performance Arts at The State Theater and graduated in 2018.
She proceeded to work with Wits Arts Museum in facilitating, craft and production creation. She studied Business Management in 2021. Evelyn was a part of the production called Nomzamo, a piece about the late Winnie Mandela, and played the character of the late along with the core production members. She has produced and released songs with well known South African artists. She is well known as EVALASTIC.
